Craig started his career at SHNS, which he now manages. He served as State House reporter for the TAB Newspapers and as political reporter for the Sun of Lowell. He also founded a sister company on the same model — News Service Florida — and curates the Massachusetts Political Almanac.

Lucas started as a State House reporter in March 1963 for the Boston Traveler. He has covered the State House for the Boston Traveler, then the Boston Herald, then the Boston Herald Traveler, the Globe, the Phoenix, the Herald American, the Herald again, and the Lowell Sun.
Erin Tiernan
Boston Herald
​Erin moved to the State House in 2020 after covering Boston City Hall for the Herald. She previously covered Quincy City Hall for the Patriot Ledger and Boston politics for Metro Boston. She is a University of Rhode Island grad and got a taste for reporting covering her hometown of Jamestown, R.I.
Christian Wade

Christian has covered the State House since 2014 for the Eagle Tribune of Andover, Salem News, Newburyport News, and Gloucester Times. Prior to that, he worked for the Boston Globe, Newsday, United Press International, and Tampa Tribune covering state, national, and international in the U.S., the West Indies, China, and Europe.
Colin A. Young

Colin joined SHNS in 2015 from The Day of New London. A native of central Mass., Colin worked for the metro and editorial pages of the Boston Globe during college and shortly thereafter. While at Northeastern University, Colin was editor of the independent, student-run Huntington News.
